Serviced Villas are nothing but renting a House or Villa on Daily Basis instead of Monthly. All these Villas are Furnished with basic necessary amenities and facilities required for your short stay.

In a simple word, this is just your extended Holiday Home!

You have 100% freedom like as your home! 

Complete Privacy is guarantee as you will be renting the whole villa.

We know that everyone coming to Kutralam for unwinding all their stresses. You can check in smoothly as long as you are 18 and above and hold a valid identity proof( Any Id of Indian Government )

4.Why some times there is a change in Villa which I have seen in Website?

Please understand,On Rare cases we allocate the Villas as first come first serve basis(Similar like a hotel room allocations)

 All our houses are available as MULTIPLE Row Villas and  we do ensure they are perfectly cleaned for your comfort and for the Value for Money!

Please note the allocation is based only on First come First serve basis and on live demand situation. We ensure our customer requirements are met and if you see any gaps -> Please call us immediately and avoid reacting while checkout where we dont have options to support you.

All Sankarhomes properties are located ONLY in the Prime location of Courtallam , which is in Ramalayam , Near to the landmark of VKN Building.

  1. How much distance is this villa from the falls and main attractions?

Main Falls – 1KM   Courtallam Bus stand – 0.7 KM     

Boat House – 3KM Border Parotta Stall – 3KM

Sengottai – 4 KM Tenkasi – 3 KM

Five Falls – 5KM  Old Courtallam – 5 KM

  1. Why there is NO Towels and Toiletries like Soap and Shampoo in your villas?

Please read the expectation setting, Serviced Villas are cost effective daily rental Villas and we encourage our customers taking care of the personal hygiene requirement on your own since Courtallam is the SPA of south india! You get all these hygiene products just outside of our premises. 

  1. What if any electrical equipment’s are not working in the Villa?

Please inform your caretaker immediately. We will try to fix it asap with our technicians.

  1. How to avail the Transport Facilities?

Please call us or take the support of Caretaker. Kindly note,we don’t have any transport facilities on our own as of now and will support you only by providing the contact details. Do check the Price before hand while booking as its not an organized sector in Courtallam!

  1. Can I cook my own food?

YES! … You can do a minimal cooking using the Kitchen facilities available for a small family. For big group or for parities, please rent the kitchen utensils and stoves just opposite to our premises at a very nominal rent.

  1. Can I bring food from outside?

Feel free to bring your own food and drinks. The main advantage of this Serviced villas is to enjoy your food and drinks of your choice!

  1. How can I taste the local and homemade food?

Do call us to get connected with our tied-up Catering Services. We have engaged both Veg and Non Veg Catering services who will prepare your food and charge very nominally as we do surprise quality checks and help our customers

  1. What is your policy for Alcohol Consumption in your premises?

  1. I have given my credit card details in the booking.com website then why I am now asked to pay once again in the property?

Booking.com website only blocks your credit/debit card and never charges( Do read your reservation confirmation carefully).

The hotel or Villa has the complete rights to charge the amount committed as per the Booking.com Reservations including the GST.  Please do the payment as early as possible post the reservations to secure your villa

  1. How to Check out and what is the process to be followed?

Ensure you have completed your pending payment if any via our website www.sankarhomes.com and handover the keys to the caretaker. If in case the caretaker is not available, Please just place the keys in the doors and just carry on as we trust our customers

  1. How to extend my stay even I have not booked?

Check directly in this website itself. If its available online, just go ahead and block it.  We don’t encourage and offline bargains.

  1. How can I get me invoice?

While booking online you have the invoice from the OTA (Online Travel Agency) itself. For our direct booking, you will receive the invoice in your mails.

  1. What is the refund policy and how I will receive the Refund?

In case of refund as per our policy you would be receiving the amount in the same way you pay us. For example, if you pay by credit card -> you will get the refund credit to your card itself. If you pay by Cash, then you will have the refund by cash only.
